By using Interact Tech Group’s website and services, you agree to these terms.
We provide web design, development, fixes, SEO, and maintenance packages as listed on our Packages page. All work is performed remotely for South African clients unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through Yoco. Full payment is required before work begins, unless a payment plan is arranged in writing. Domain and hosting are not included in one‑time package prices – they are billed separately.
Starter sites: 7 days; Professional: 10 days; Business: 14 days (business days). Delays due to client feedback or missing content are not our responsibility.
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at R350/hour.
Because we deliver digital services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver as promised, a partial refund may be considered. See our Refund Policy for details.
You own the final website. We retain the right to display it in our portfolio.
We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or indirect damages exceeding the amount you paid us.
These terms are governed by South African law.
