Our policy on refunds and cancellations
Because our services are digital (website design, development, fixes), we do not offer refunds once work has started.
You may cancel a project before work begins – full refund. After work has started, no refund is provided, but we will deliver what was completed.
We offer free revisions within scope. If we fail to deliver as promised after reasonable attempts, a partial refund may be negotiated.
To request a refund, email info@interacttechgroup.com within 7 days of payment. Provide your order reference and reason. We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
